Sizing:
Have questions about what size you should get? All of our products run true to size. We feature the models specs on all of our photos so you can have a visual.

Shipping:
We provide FREE domestic shipping within the United States on ALL orders. We currently do not ship international at this time.

  • Can I track my package? Yes, you will get an email confirmation once you purchase your item, followed by tracking information within 48 hours. You can also track your order here.
 
  • How long does it take to ship my item?  We package and drop off orders to be shipped that are placed within the same business day if the order is placed before 3 p.m. EST. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order.
 
  • Where do we ship from? We ship from the United States and are located in Tampa, Florida.
 
  • How long will it take to receive my package? The time it takes to receive your package is based upon your location. Typically packages are received between 2-3 business days.

Returns:
*Returns are only accepted for an exchange if the item is received in its original condition (Not torn or damaged).*

  • How long does the return process take? Once we receive your returned item, we begin the return process immediately. The item you would like for an exchange is packaged and then dropped off to be shipped out within the same business day the return is received.

  • Do I have to pay to return my item? Yes. All shipping charges are nonrefundable. Ship your returns to:

Exchanges:
With any item returned, we offer exchanges on any of our other products. This means if you received an item not to your sizing, you can return it and exchange it for a different size. Or, if you would like another available product, we will exchange your returned item with another product with equal or less value.

You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning an item.


Refunds:

You are eligible to receive a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Any discounted, sale items, or promos cannot be refunded.
